Email info@kemiactive.com to notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly offer a refund.

Keep the following eligibility requirements in mind when making your return;

All returned items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in salable condition. All tags must be attached with the original packaging and Return Form (sent with the order) must be included. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in resalable condition your return will be denied.  The items will be returned to you and return shipping will apply. 

Returns are free if sent within the UK through Royal Mail and at your cost if sent from outside of the UK. Please send all returns to the below address.

When returning items to us, please obtain a printed receipt. Store the receipt safely with you until your request has been processed as we may ask you for the proof of shipment.

As soon as we receive your return, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit - depending on your return request. Processing times usually vary between 5-7 business days, but may occasionally take longer, depending on your card issuer. Please note that, original shipping fee and customs duties are non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately via info@kemiactive.com with a description and images of your product so we can personally and quickly assist you.

EXCHANGES

Due to the lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, hygiene and our customer's safety are super important, therefore we don’t offer exchanges. You can always return your product and re-order once you have received your refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change or cancel it, you may, however, return the unwanted item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
